Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Beyond-Hire. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our recruitment services and website. By engaging with Beyond-Hire, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Beyond-Hire (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers end-to-end recruitment solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Candidate sourcing and screening

  • Job profiling and consultation

  • Interview coordination and feedback management

  • Onboarding assistance

2. Client Obligations

By engaging our services, the client (“you” or “your”) agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and detailed job descriptions and expectations.

  • Give timely feedback on candidates presented.

  • Maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

  • Honor agreed payment terms.

3. Candidate Ownership & Validity

  • A candidate presented by Beyond-Hire shall be considered our referral for a 6-month period from the date of introduction.

  • If the candidate is hired by you within this period—directly or indirectly—a placement fee shall be payable.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

  • Fees are calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s annual gross compensation, agreed upon prior to the engagement.

  • An invoice will be raised upon the candidate’s offer acceptance. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date.

  • Delayed payments may incur interest charges to be defined in the agreement  

5. Replacement Guarantee

  • If a candidate hired through Beyond-Hire resigns or is terminated within 45 days of joining, we offer a free one-time replacement.

  • This guarantee is valid only if our invoice has been paid in full and on time.

6. Confidentiality

  • All information shared by either party shall remain confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the recruitment mandate.

  • Candidate resumes, assessment results, and personal details are not to be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we make every effort to present the most qualified candidates, we do not guarantee performance, behavior, or retention.

  • Beyond-Hire is not liable for any loss, damage, or cost incurred due to the actions or decisions of a hired candidate.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with [7/14] days notice.
All fees for candidates hired prior to termination remain payable.

9. Use of Website

If using our website or platform:

  • You agree not to misuse our services (e.g., unauthorized access, scraping, or distribution of content).

  • All intellectual property, including logos and content, belongs to Beyond-Hire and cannot be reused without permission.

10. Jurisdiction

  • While we make every effort to present the most qualified candidates, we do not guarantee performance, behavior, or retention.

  • Beyond-Hire is not liable for any loss, damage, or cost incurred due to the actions or decisions of a hired candidate.

11. Amendments

  • Beyond-Hire reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services post-amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
